Registration Form

Participants who wants to present a paper must register and pay the fee by April 30. After April 30 presenters who have not registered will be removed from the program

Early bird registration fees (deadline March 31st, 2015)

post-doctoral students and academic staff: 320€

doctoral students: 220€

gala dinner: 80€

Late registration fees (after March 31st, 2015)

post-doctoral students and academic staff: 400€

doctoral students: 300€

gala dinner: 80€

Cancellation policy

Written cancellations received before April 21st will be refunded in full. After April 21st no refund will be granted.

Gala Dinner

If you have not registered for the Gala Dinner through the conference registration form, you can register separately for it by going at this page.

Please notice that separate registration for the gala dinner is only possible until May 4th.
